One-time video packs

Video packs are one-time purchases, without a subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are valid for 365 days from payment. Review the selected pack and final checkout total before paying.

Unused-pack refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire purchased pack remains unused. Email support@aibulin47.net with your account email and order reference. We check the payment and credit-use records to confirm eligibility. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method, and the refunded pack credits are removed. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary.

If any credits from the pack have been used, routine refunds are not offered. This does not exclude applicable statutory rights or correction of duplicate charges. Contact support promptly if you believe you have been charged twice or a payment is incorrect.

Technical generation failures

Credits are restored after a confirmed technical generation failure. This restores the task's website credits; it is not a cash refund. Before retrying, check your task and credit history to avoid duplicate requests. If the task or balance remains incorrect, send support its reference.

An imperfect but completed AI output is different from a technical failure. AI can alter identity, anatomy and movement, and a purchase does not guarantee an exact likeness or choreography match. Watch the example before purchasing and review each full result.

Test payments

Our test preview sites use Stripe test payments. They charge no real money, do not create a cash-refund entitlement and keep their credits separate from production.
