Account and service information

Google sign-in provides account identifiers, email and profile information such as name and profile image. We maintain session and account records to authenticate you, protect your account and associate your orders, credits and tasks with it.

When you use the generator, we process your uploaded portrait, consent confirmation, generation instructions, task status and resulting media. We also retain operational records such as request times, error information, page and task events, and payment and credit history to provide the service, investigate failures and prevent misuse. Do not upload confidential information or photos you do not have permission to use.

Processing providers and storage

Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 provide application hosting, account and task storage, and media storage. KIE processes the portrait and reference material for video generation. The workflow uses fal for audio and video composition. These providers receive the media and instructions needed for the requested processing. Google handles sign-in. Provider processing may occur outside your country.

Uploaded and generated files and their task records persist so that the service can process tasks and show your history. Media URLs can be opened by anyone who has the link; they are not access-controlled private links. Avoid sharing a media URL if you want to limit access. We do not promise immediate deletion, a fixed provider retention period or that every provider excludes all data from training. Contact us before submitting material if you require a particular data-handling arrangement.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout. We send your account email and name, the selected pack and payment amount to create or reuse a customer and process a payment. We store order references, status and credit records. Card entry is handled by Stripe; the website does not store your full card number. Stripe and financial institutions process payment information under their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session functions support sign-in and account security. First-party page and task events help diagnose account, generation and checkout flows. With your permission, we use Plausible for public-page traffic measurement and Microsoft Clarity for masked interaction recordings and heatmaps. These optional tools stay off until you select Allow analytics. We mask page text and media before recording and exclude account, administration, checkout and activity pages. Your requests

Email the privacy address from your account email where possible and describe the records or files concerned. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Deletion requests are reviewed across site records, media and relevant processors. Some transaction, security or dispute records may need to be retained. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or external system. Avoid sending passwords or full card details.

We do not publish your uploaded portrait as a gallery example merely because you generated a video. If you download and share an output, the destination service handles its copy under its own policies. See contact and terms.
