Watch the freestyle exampleEach pack is a single USD purchase with no monthly bill or automatic top-up. Credits are valid for 365 days from payment. Review the total shown in Stripe checkout before paying. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire pack remains unused. See the refund policy for details.
Every pack covers the same Doorway freestyle workflow. Upload one clear portrait, review the scene and generate an approximately 15-second video with the original reference audio. Pack sizes change the number of generations you can make, not the resolution or processing speed. Compare the displayed per-video prices before choosing.
The duration can vary slightly, and AI may alter identity, anatomy or movement. A completed video is not a promise of an exact likeness or choreography match. Watch the example on the generator page before choosing a pack, and review your entire output before downloading or sharing it.
No. These are one-time packs with no automatic renewal, monthly plan or recurring charge. A successful payment adds the selected pack credits to your account.
At the current 2,553-credit Doorway freestyle quote, Starter covers 1 generation, Creator covers 5 and Studio covers 15. This assumes you use all of the pack credits on that workflow. The same credits cannot be counted toward both freestyle videos and other tools.
The current freestyle workflow includes the original reference audio in the completed MP4. You do not need to add the audio yourself. This is not a custom music composition service, and a pack does not grant music, likeness or other third-party rights. Download the completed file from your result or history.
Credits are restored after a confirmed technical generation failure. An imperfect but completed result is different from a failed task. Before retrying, check your task history so that you do not submit a duplicate request. Contact support with the task reference if the balance or status looks wrong.
Credits expire 365 days after payment. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire pack is unused. Once any credits from a pack have been used, routine refunds are not offered. Confirmed technical failures restore task credits; duplicate charges and applicable statutory rights are handled separately. Read the refund policy or contact support with your order reference.
Yes. Sign in, choose a pack and review its total in Stripe checkout. After successful payment, your credits appear in your account. Return to the generator, upload a portrait you have permission to use and review the displayed credit quote before generating. Test preview sites accept test cards only and keep their balances separate.
